We got 18 and lake effect snow and a bit of wind blowing. The snow is pretty but I'm ready for winter to be over.

It's not quite as cold this morning as yesterday but still a bit past nippy. Right now it's 9F and it is supposed to be around 20F for a high today with partly cloudy skies.

The pretty snow has been replaced by blowing snow. We need to go out and about tomarrow but it's suppose to get real nasty. :(

We're up to a balmy 12F under fair skies right now with a -2 wind chill. Only expected to reach 13F today and wind chills could sink to -10.

I think it's expected to be next Friday before we go over the freezing mark. :(

Cold. Just flat out cold. Right now it's -4F and a wind chill of -28F. They are forecasting a high temp today of 3F. Supposedly tomorrow the high will only be -2F. :(

I'm praying the sun doesn't come out today - odd thing to say I know. But it snowed last night and it's so darn pretty - all the trees covered in snow, the ground covered in a billowly layer of snow. I'm afraid it's the only snow we'll see this winter so I want it to last.

it's 3 degrees under mostly sunny skies, the 19mph NW winds are knocking the temp down to -16.

All I know is that my night-time setting on my thermostat is 62. After running for an hour and a half it was 56 degrees in the house, at 10 am today.

I thought perhaps the thermometer in my kitchen window was broken because it reads -17F but one of the local TV stations shows a -15F reading so I guess maybe my -17 could be correct. Looks like it's going to be sunny at least. :(

Looks like we're having a heat wave here today. Right now it's 11F and it's supposedly going to get up to 20F. Probably a few snow flurries and I guess we're supposed to get 2" - 4" of snow tomorrow but at least it wasn't -15F when I woke up today. :nana:
