$3.18 was the lowest here, but I was in Peoria last night and saw a station selling gasoline for $2.92.

It's still dropping...... down to $2.89/gal. here. Still about a dollar per gallon more than I'd like but hey, it beats $4 all to hell. :nod:

Finally seeing prices below the $3.50 mark here locally ($3.39).

News reports that the Flying J in Franklin KY has dropped to $2.99

A story on the news said that petrol was at its lowest price for a year over in the UK, A average price of just 109.9p a litre.

Seen it at only 106.9 on the bus in edinburgh thou.

They has a story here the other day about a station that lowered their price to 278.9. A few minutes later the station down the street dropped their's to 288.9 so the first station raised his back up to 287.9.
The News didn't say where the station was.

Talked to a friend of mine up in Des Moines a couple of nights ago and she told me it's $1.78/gal. there.

$1.88 here today and 45 miles east in Decatur it was $1.75

^^^^ Lucky dog. $1.95 is the cheapest I saw in town. Not sure about Peoria, but it's probaby a few cents less. At least the prices are headed in the right direction.

$2.28 here, and I was excited. That's the cheapest I've seen in forever.
