Was 45 this morning and now is 16 and very yucky out.

3F right now with a wind chill of -17. Brrrrrr. Winds have dropped some. Last night we were getting 40 to 50 mph gusts (one right after the other :( ) ... now they're down to a bit over 20. It's suppose to climb up into the low to mid 20s today, but I think the winds will make it feel much colder.

We got 8 with a wind chill of -12 and wind gusts of 38. School is closed everywhere, the houses across the street have so much snow on the side you almost can't tell what color they are. :(

Same here, after a full day and night of off-and-on fairly hard rain. We needed it, glad we got it.

Here, we are under a flash freeze warning, a snowsquall warning and a wind warning.

Whew! The wind's calmed down and the sun is shining brightly. Still cold, but it looks nice.

Yesterday from 2:30pm to 3:30pm temps dropped from 56f to 33f, we went from a thunder storm watch to a winter storm watch during that time. Oh yes and the winds were blowing between 25 and 59mph. Today is sunny and calm but cold 17f

We have 15, might see 20 this afternoon with lake effect snow. Beats yesterday, was bitter cold. Car didn't start so I got a ride to work. Boog got my car started at 3 and a couple of times after that. I'll go try her about noon today.

upper 20s right now with snow starting latter this afternoon and going till tomorrow morning. They are saying 6-10 inches with winds 25-30mph. Looks like I may be stuck at home tomorrow.

We're expecting around 4-6" of new snow tonight. Here I was getting excited by those couple of warm days and it went and did this. :(

Well, our 4-6" of snow is at about 12" right now and it's still snowing. The local station said that most of the area got about 8" but some chosen cities got more. We must be chosen people this morning.

All the schools are closed including the local area colleges. The Weather Channel Doppler Radar makes it look like it'll probably end in the next hour or so as it's clearing west of Peoria now.

I've got most of the driveway shoveled now ... but the plows haven't been through here yet ... so, as soon as they are I'll be out clearing out the base of the drive. Gotta get out later. My wife just told me we had no cat food. Too bad se didn't tell me yesterday ... I would have went and got some Oh well.

we didn't get as much snow as anticipated, but it's supposed to continue though the day. 3 inches thus far, and its not nearly as cold as it has been.

We did get enough to close almost all schools and activities though.

The kids are home and I hope to spend some quality time with Ryan.

Daniel will just have to live without Daddy as much today.

We only got about 8", so I had to get out and go to work. Thank goodness for 4 wheel drive.

Its 28, don't know how much snow we got, just know we have alot............was a crappy drive to work. It feels colder then 28 and my body says so.

It's about 25F here right now and sort of cloudy. Got a surprise when I woke up to find that it was snowing. They hadn't said a thing about it on the news last night. Looks like we ended up with about three inches.

Mostly cloudy here. Temperature is at 25F and expected to drop to 22F. No measureable snowfall is expected and tomorrow we're suppose to reach about 35F. Bloody heat wave. :)

It's 30F right now and we're supposed to have a morning filled with freezing rain. It should be above freezing this afternoon though. :wish:

Today will be just below freezing with flurries tonight, but tomorrow the temp is supposed to go up to 7C!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Foggy with a bit of mist in the air. Temperatures have held in the mid-to-upper 30s and so no freezing today. Tomorrow evening, they're predicting another 4-6" of snow, but that far off ... they often aren't sure.

We had record highs today 78degs.tomorrow a high of 30 with chance of toranados and then snow tomorrow evening :banghead:

Today we're expecting a few showers this morning and rain becoming steady by the afternoon. High 39F. Tonight, then, rain and freezing rain turning to snow with temperatures falling to 31F.

It just started snowing here. We're supposed to get between 8" and 12" of the stuff by noon tomorrow. :mad:

I think I'm just going to take a nap until April. :nod:

The weatherman on the Fox station just about made me :faint: a couple of minutes ago.

He just said that according to their storm models, my little town (and yes, he did mention it by name) could be looking at snowfall totals of 18 to 20 inches by morning! :mad:

24F with a bit of sleet and snow. Predicting 1-3" of snow for today but after all the rain we had yesterday, I'll almost be surprised if it sticks.

Fortunately, we did talk the weatherman into letting IowaMan ^^^^ have most of the snow. :wave:

Still watching it snow here. I don't think we're going to come anywhere close to the 18 to 20 inches they said last night but I'm pretty sure we'll get the 8 to 12 that they originally predicted. I'd say we've had five or six inches so far and the snow is supposed to stick around until early evening. 28F right now.

Yep, if you're bored today Neige, come on down. Got lots of snow for you to play in. :p

Snowing here, too, although 1-3" is all they're predicting for us. :)

I hope your "foot-of-snow-ploy" works with Neige. Just remember the pictures. :)
