tomorrow morning i will be going to spouses day at my hubbys work. i will be going up in a C-130 and flying over the white cliffs of dover at some point in the ride theyre gonna open the back hatch of the plane and let us take pics hanging out !!!!!!!!!!! SWEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yes ill be in a harness and holding the cam tight
and no my daughter will not be on with me

… at least it did for me, even though my harness was attached to a static line and it wasn’t a camera I was squeezing to death. ;) lol The Dover cliffs are as spectacular as the view off the ramp. :)

OMG it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO awsome!!! i got some spectacular pics . when i up load them and reduce ill post here and let yall see . i cant wait to do it again. now i can see why ppl jump from planes, when i was standing there w my toes hangin out the plane all i wanted was a chute so i cud leap!!! FUCKING AWSOME

Having spent some time in a KC-130 squadron I know what a thrilling view it was. Though I to would proably take the plunge with a chute I remember and old flight engineer telling me his thoughts about the intelligence of folks who would jump out of a perfectly good airplane with a piece of silk. Me personally I d say go for it .

I agree with the flight engineer LOL. I spent some of my life as an aircraft maitenance engineer and reckon that there is absolutely no need to jump out a perfectly good aircraft.

the first pic is me standing close to the edge :) ive got C-130 dirt on my forehead hehehe but who cares i had fun!!!

the second pic is the cliffs themselves SOOOOOOOO beautiful was breathtakin for me


the third is the ramp and water, kinda shows where i was standing and how overcast it was on sat. the water aint to purdy is it LOL
