Altho I too am feed up with frivelous lawsuits.. I thank Aqua for clarifying things with the truth.

I don't for a moment hold McD's, BK, or Lil Ms. Wendy accountable for me being fat.. and I think that anyone in their right mind would feel the same.

All the suits out there that do appear to be frivelous and a waste of tax payers money (because lets face it, it is tax payers that pay the ultimate reward) are there because unfortunately we now live in a society where it would appear NO ONE wants to take responsibility for their own actions. This is not only obvious in these cases... but in other aspects of our society (our social services being another example)
