OK Aqua...........Hot coffee is hot! We, as humans, know that! A dog or cat or elephant might not know that....but when I see a fresh cup of coffee with a lid....I am figuring.....Whoa!, that's hot! And, yes, McDonald's was required to turn the heat down a bit.............but HOLY FRIGGIN MOLY! It was an accident.......McDonalds didn't set out that day to burn that woman! Many people before her had held onto their coffee and replied..."Damn, this is friggin hot coffee!" And they never were so stupid as to burn the skin off themselves! I'm sorry for the lack of concern here.......but when I do stupid thigs...I don't let the world know about them! It was stupid on her part....please just admit that!

I could, in any given day, do any number of "accidental" things and sue the pants off of everyone around me. This is getting so out of hand I could scream! Irish.....I actually thought (about 2 years back) and said it out loud at work one day to some fellow employees........."At the weight I am today, I should sue my grocery store for selling me anything that has a high fat content!" They laughed.....but I started to think.......OK.........At this rate of frivolous law suits (due to the money mongering lawyers and idiodic judges that hear the cases)....I could sue the grocery stores for making me fat..........The cig. companies for making me addicted.........Mother Nature for making hubby have allergies and me have cramps (.like I need more punishment every month!)........"God", Evolution (whichever you subscribe to) for making me without 3 hands. I constantly say...."There is a construction flaw in the human body. I need three hands to do this (any particular job that requires three hands or more...and if I had three, I would need four!). The list goes on.....but I think you get the gist. Whew!!!!!!........Who wants the soapbox?

In the words of Forrest Gump's mother........."Oh Forrest, pay no mind. Stupid is as stupid does."

I just mean to say.............Come on people! Life is life! There are ups and downs. If you have a legitimate case....take it to court.....but don't raise my insurance rates because of YOUR stupidity! I do stupid things all the time (not mentioning what all the time means) and I have NEVER sued anyone because of it! I couldn't sleep at night for ill-begotten money I am wallowing in!
