I think what it all comes down to is people not being willing to take responsibility for their own actions. Somehow the wires get crossed in some people's heads where they automatically assume that someone else should be held accountable, not themselves. We all make mistakes, and when we can honestly say, "wow, I screwed up, and really learned a lesson there," we are then called ADULTS.
