I always think of the thief trying to steal tires when a woman get's in her car, doesn't see him, and backs up over his hand. He sues her and wins for hurting his hand.

That's dumb! The judge and/or jury ought to pay and the guy put in prison. Sounds like they were the really stupid ones.
