Yes it will hurt, but I found that if you already are being fingered, (Sorry for the bluntess couldnt think of another term) or do so before hand, that will help a whole lot. Make sure you are as relaxed as you can be. Tell him to be easy and slow til you get over the first intial entering. Use a condom (as if you should be told that again) and as far as lube..heh if you need some use it. I cant remember a time when I ever needed some but everyone is different.
