1) I feel decadent that I took a vacation day in the middle of the week yesterday and did nothing with any responsibility all day long (except keep an eye on my children, of course).

2) I'm trying to work out the logistics of my son's birthday party next weekend, getting people here from out of town, etc. I'm keeping my fingers crossed everything goes smoothly.

3) After nine months, I finally reminded one of my bosses that I hadn't had my review yet...from 2002.
