When I would be at a friend's house and my fiancee was in town we would jsut loudly announce we were going back to the motel room or to the guest room to go fuck.
Of course, both of us had to keep ur sex life secret from the parents, but it was still lame since we would just fake like we needed to go get something at the motel room.
