I go to the gym and lift LOTS of weights, then do some really intense cardio. Or I cuddle up with a box od chocolate Zingers and a beer and lots of my favorite movies.

I would not recommend combining these options, and doing the Zinger thing first...might get chocolate puke on the treadmill.
