Today I saw the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Big Ben and the houses of Parliament. I went into the Strangers' Gallery and watched some of a session of the House of Commons. Wlked around central london for a bit then went on the tube to the Imperial War Museum. It was incredible all the stuff from the 2 world wars and there was a full floor about the holocaust. That was a bit mind blowing and very sobering. Yesterday I visited the RAF Museum at Hendon. Some of you might know that I spent 9 years of my young life in the RAAF so I found it absolutely enthralling and spent most of the day there. I have been out to some pubs at night and have met a few expatriot Aussies. Had a good time and got some hugs from some nice young ladies too. Funny how successful you are when you are not trying to pick them up LOL.
So tomorrow it is off to the USA and see what mischief i can get into there LMAO!!
