I'm definitely with you ladies on the MMF fantasies....and also MFF would be great too, although an entirely different experience, in my mind.

I think the reasons this is a fantasy that's not been filled are pretty obvious. I realise that messing with this kind of thing, MIGHT cause complications and problems within my relationship, and that's just not something we feel ready to address as a couple yet....who knows in the future, but I think it's best to be cautious before entering into that kind of thing....no sexual fantasy is worth risking a relationship for, but that works two ways....if being sexually experimental in terms of group sex, swinging etc will help the relationship to flourish (which I believe is possible for a lot of people) then it's something that shouldn't be ruled out either.
