I would do it for my SO, but as far as just doing it for fun--hell no!!
I start worrying about how I look, thinking my ass is big and that I'm not attractive, the other person is just being polite. Yes, I have low self esteem.
As far as full blown sex, I guess, if my partner agreed. At least that way some of the attention is taken off of me!
