I planted seeds last Thursday and all my basil ones came up and the tomatoes are starting to come up! Hopefully the rest of everything I planted comes up too.

I had my 1st physio session today, holy shit, the man has fingers of steel. Pain, sweat and tears later *L*. He reckons 12 months to get me right. Fuck no, 12 months of that will kill me *L*

Inner peace
I am passing this on to you because it definitely worked for me today, and we all could probably use more calm in our lives.
Some doctor on television this morning said that the way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you have started.
So I looked around my house to see things I'd started and hadn't finished and, before leaving the house this morning I finished off a bottle of Merlot, a bottle of shhhardonay, a bodle of Baileys, a butle of vocka, a pockage of Prunglies, tha marinder of botl of Prozic and Valum pscriptins, the res of the Chesescke and a chox of bocolets.
Yu haf no idr who fkin gud I fel.

In the end, very little of what we worry today really mattered. So focus on what is, not what isn't.
Feeling a little philopshopical today. That and can you tell I'm getting rolled a little bit. Hey, but that too shall pass.
