I forgive you THIS time Mr. 3G. I only had to step my zanex to 5000 milligrams a day now and the stroke was minor. I only lost the use of the right side of my body. Luckily I'm left handed.

I've encountered some strange things like.

Footsteps in empty houses, rooms, and wharehouses.
Cold spots.
Far-off sounding voices.
Strange shaddows.

I've been a few places where I look at the house, place, whatever
and my feet stop moving, I get filled with an overpowering sense of dread and will not enter.
Sometimes, I've been a few places where my radar must've not been working.

Several family members have seen spooks, including my mom, granny, and an uncle.

Never have seen one myself but have felt a "Presence".

Cold spots, If you can sense this then you are more in tune then most. Feeling a presence is not something that everyone can do. This is a subject that always brings on great debate, But I will always vote yes on this issue.
If anyone is interested in a long, but true story of the 2 ghosts that I lived with for a year, send me a p.m. The story has a happy ending, even for the ghosts.

ants can sense cold spots.....if you put them in the microwave and turn it on, they'll run to the cold spots

I think that you are correct on that one Legend, you can do the same with a griddle over a camp fire, but soon all the spots are hot. "when your hot, your HOT!"

Not trying to pick, but the ambient surface temperature in a micro-wave oven doesn’t change. It’s only the water molecules that are excited and they would all be inside the ant. I would expect any movement to be only from instinctual escape efforts:redghost:.

How was the “cold spots” on the griddle monitored? The thermal shifts would be so sudden, especial with such an un-concentrated heat source as a camp fire.

I guess I need to watch Ghost Busters again.

I agree with the method of testing griddle tempature. Mostly I will use droplets of water, however, especially if I have dinner guests.

As far as detecting cold goes...What I was actually refering to is for instance you were sitting in a chair watching tv and all of a sudden you felt a chill come over your whole body for a few seconds, and then it's gone.

well, I guess I have used all three at one time or another, not that I actually put the ants on the griddle mind you. I do however agree that themistors would be the most accurate.
