1 mile to my part time job. Used to be about 13 before I retired.

How far would you commute to have the job of your dreams.

Ironically...I discovered the answer to that recently. It's less than two hours.

Don't know that I actually ever had a bad job ... although the company I retired from has made a lot of changes that I found to reduce the apparent value they place on their employees in sole favor of executive compensation and the bottom line. That didn't appeal (which is part of the reason I retired when I did).
